I'm 70% confident on those statements.
Currently and ideally I prefer an individualist society without rulers.
In other words: ruled by rules not rulers.

But between a collectivist society with powerful visible collectivist leaders (for example: China) and a individualist society with powerful individualist hidden leaders (for example: US), I'd chose the first as the lesser evil (even if it's still a suboptimal outcome).
