Absolutely. I get people not wanting to victim blame but all the 'they did everything right' stuff is getting silly.
They did what they were told, by a company they were told they could trust.
That's NOT the same.
Suggesting people did things right and lost coins is an indictment of self custody. It isn't what happened.
