It doesn’t. Yet, the culture in SHA-256 Bitcoin seems laser-focused on everything except separating money from state.

I imagine many of these poor souls were expecting a big pump if this toilet paper act passed. Instead, they got a small dump. I mean, guys, it’s not 2021 anymore. You’ve had 5 years to realise that governments “helping” Bitcoin doesn’t necessarily mean number go up. On the contrary, it probably means number go down, with the added benefit of doxxing your identity, location, and data to scammers and gangsters ready to take all your hard-earned sats without notice.

SHA-256 Bitcoin can no longer separate money from state. You see it in the culture first. Later, you’ll see it in the price as well. If anything, the Clarity act no passing is a good thing because it upsets the stablecoin bros.
How does separating money and state, depend on*checks notes* the state passing the CLARITY Act? What am I missing here? The confusion that some in this space have is absolutely astonishing to say the least. If your coin, whatever it is, is dependent on some nonagenarians in Congress passing a bill, then it's been captured by the state. Plain and simple.
