🚨PSA
Upgrade to Knots 29.4.3 before block 979,920 (expected around this time tomorrow)
Miners: Upgrade before activation. If you're still on an older version after block 979,920, your blocks are likely to be rejected under the tighter CBM consensus rules.
Pruned nodes: Upgrade before activation. If you upgrade after that height, you may need to resync the entire chain history from scratch.
Full Archival nodes: Upgrading isn't required, but you'll miss the new spam filters included in this release.

As as result of the raid adoption of the new filters, spam on the XBT chain dropped from 65% to 18% in less than 24 hours. Filter deniers in shambles.

53% of reachable nodes already updated their software that includes the new 180-days rolling CBM and the new spam filters.

Earlier we got proof that the USG was running an XBT node. Here's proof that Binance runs a Knots node too. As a result, they kept their Bitcoin and only got their Spamcoins stolen.
They split their coins but never listed XBT. I guess they enriched themselves at their clients' expense.

CZ said the quiet part out loud back in 2019.
The reason *they can do this* is due to how hopelessly centralised Spamcoin mining is. And it's even worse today than it was in 2019.
All you have to do is call the CEOs of Foundry and Antpool and convince/pay them to do it. To be fair, they probably won't do it for CZ.
But what do you think happens when Coinbase gets hacked and it turns out it was ETF funds stolen?
Do you think the main shills of the USD world dominance Fink and Saylor won't suggest that? Do you think their horde of bootlickers and simps won't embrace the idea? Do you think plebs crying on Twitter would change that? Spamcoin will move on like nothing happened, but hopefully plebs will realise that losing the decentralisation of mining means losing their agency and their say about protocol development. That was lost in 2015, probably even earlier.

Who’s gonna bet that the next terrorist attack is going to be in Spain?
