How does separating money and state, depend on*checks notes* the state passing the CLARITY Act? What am I missing here? The confusion that some in this space have is absolutely astonishing to say the least. If your coin, whatever it is, is dependent on some nonagenarians in Congress passing a bill, then it's been captured by the state. Plain and simple.
