明代“良心商家”往酒里加砒霜，对，就是三氧化二砷，送武大郎上路的那个。加了之后，不但入口有灼烧感，砒霜还能跟酒精里的杂质结合产生沉淀，让浑浊的酒变得清澈透亮。这是把毒药当净水器用了。代价嘛，就是慢性中毒。客人喝完手脚麻木，皮肤发青，但酒客们往往觉得还是自己酒量不行，属于是没喝之前，我是地球的，喝了之后地球都是我的，再喝两口，地球就不需要我了[允悲]
再说虾，宋代有本书叫清波杂志，里面记载淮南的虾运到汴梁之后会发黑变质，毕竟那年头没有冷链物流。后来有商家偶然发现，把发黑的虾用人尿泡上一晚，第二天就能恢复红润鲜亮。这其实就是尿液中的氨跟虾壳里的虾红素发生反应，让虾重新变成红褐色。可古代商人哪懂这些，只知道效果好使就完事了。后来他们还发现用尿泡过的鱼肉吃起来肉质Q弹爽口，甚至有人把猪肉用羊尿浸泡出膻味，高价充当羊肉卖给酒楼，因为浸泡之后膻味地道，谁吃了都得说一句，这味道啊，真宗[笑cry]
还有专门做死马肉的二次加工。丞相魏公谭训里记载过，一些小作坊会收购病死的马，先埋到地下一两天，等马肉颜色跟鹿肉差不多了，再挖出来，用大量香料炖煮，去除腐臭味。然后当獐子肉或鹿肉卖出去[哈哈]
还有蜂蜜造假，那些所谓的上等芽蜜，很多其实是白糖熬化后加一点真实蜂蜜调味的，再配以碾碎的蜂巢残渣，外行根本分不出来真假，看着还挺像那么回事。更狠的是还有人用矾石，也就是硫酸铝钾丢进糖水里，让它凝固，颜色晶莹剔透，还能拉丝，看起来比真蜜还诱人。但这种东西一点营养没有，吃多了还可能中毒，导致记忆力下降，甚至连苏轼都被坑过，气得写下了一首讽刺诗，属于是用文化人的方式开骂，记你一辈子[哈哈]
调味品也是造假的重灾区。如果想让廉价的酱油看起来像三年陈酿，清代绍兴的办法是加炒焦的麦壳和红糖，颜色立马深黑有层次。如果想要醋变得更香，太原的做法是往醋缸里放烤过的鹿骨。还有速成香油，更是一绝。把普通菜油加热后，丢点芝麻进去炒一下再过滤，香味立刻就出来了。这些门道都被记录在清末商人私下流传的手抄本里，属于行业黑科技[笑cry]
粮食方面也有骚操作。乾隆年间，直隶闹旱灾，官府发现赈灾米里掺了白垩石和滑石，比例能达到3成土7成米。重量虽然上去了，煮出来的饭量还多了4成，但口感像吃沙子一样，长期吃甚至会出现结石。还有把发霉的绿豆用姜黄水染色晒干，再混进新豆里不仔细看根本看不出来[笑cry]
宴席上的造假那更是离谱。陆游就记录过一次翻车的经历，他花大价钱买下长江刀鱼请客，结果蒸出来的肉松散没味道。仔细看才发现是用普通鲤鱼切片后用模具压成刀鱼形状，再涂银粉，假装鱼鳞。袁枚在随园食单里也说过，有些厨子专干造假这一行。鱼肚用肥肉冒充，燕窝能拿粉条来替，手段一个比一个精细[哈哈]
那古代就没有人管吗？其实也有。唐代律法就规定，用毒材料做食品要重罚，致死的要判刑。但问题是上有政策下有对策呀。宋代开封推行酒旗制，让正规酒坊挂特定旗帜，结果三个月不到满城都是假旗。有些作坊直接贿赂衙役，拿带官印的封条贴在假货上，反而卖得更好[哈哈]
久而久之啊这些手段还形成了传承。福建的一些地方今还留着。光绪年间的手抄本里面记录了47种造假方法，比如用猪皮做假鱼翅，用绿豆粉做假海参，甚至行业里有规定学徒要发誓不能坑本地人，假货只卖外地。而且每种造假都要配一套解法，比如用砒霜处理的酒同时必须教甘草解毒法。听起来很良心，更像是套路[哈哈]
说到最要命的还得是假药。唐代柳宗元生病，医生让他吃茯苓调理身体。结果他从药店买回来，连续吃了好几天，不但没有好转，反而越吃越重。本来以为是庸医害人，后来一查才知道，药店卖给他的茯苓其实是芋头削了皮冒充的。茯苓和芋头切开之后，颜色确实有点像，但一个是药一个是菜，柳宗元气得一拍桌子，写了人历史上第一篇打假小作文，辩伏神文。放到现在那就是大V发微博[笑cry]

If "convergence delay" is meant to refer to a delay that occurs before *relays* agree on the same set of revocations, then that term carries a presupposition that relays *will* at some point converge. As far as I can see, there isn't any particularly strong reason to think that they will ever converge.

Obviously this happens. There are many people, which loose the access of evaluating evidence in a new way.
People that simply restrict themself of all evidence, which undermines their perspective. This is a real thing. And it is what people usually mean, when they talk about echochambers.
Opinionreflectors. Individuals, which fear diverging perspectives. There are even some going that far to discredit a huge amount of journalism, only for their self constructed perspective to not crumble.
