Complexity is the attribute of monero, not bitcoin. Basement farms doing reorgs at a whim, inflation bugs that can't be traced and so forth... No worries, we bash bitcoin at the expense of monero while hoping it sounds cool. Monero is a good project but the monero anime lovers have always been attacking bitcoin cause bitcoin chose supply-auditability over default privacy. These things are mutually exclusive. Just take the tradeoff you are willing to tolerate and shut the fuck up.

“It can’t be me.”
“I can’t change this. What could I even do?”
Anything to justify inaction. Anything to give away agency. Anything to maintain the comfort of the status quo. Because the path of truth requires a journey through pain.
And we know that’s what’s happening because we all went through it ourselves, and still are. The ego must be slain again and again.

Modern education has one singular goal.
Infantilize the masses by schooling them into their mid 20s where the only benchmark is to obey authority. Then right as the frontal lobe is hardened, release them into paper chain enslavement with no capacity to ever question anything.
Whether an explicit conspiracy or emergent from fiat incentives, it doesn’t matter. The purpose of a system is what it does.

Asking questions and actually listening to the answer is a superpower.
When someone says what they think, being able to ask them why they think that and listen without projecting your own beliefs onto them is what allows the truth to reveal itself.
It’s a very freeing and peaceful feeling.
