Ukrainian forces have the initiative are now advancing along a 70 km-long front, reversing over a…🇺🇦⚔️🇷🇺 Ukrainian forces have now recaptured around 532 km² of previously Russian-controlled territory and grey-zones in the Krasny Lyman direction, as a result of their last 4 months of counteroffensive operations and some smaller clearing operations in early 2026. Of this, around 479 km² were in Donetsk Oblast, ~32 km² were in Lugansk Oblast, and ~21 km² were in Kharkov Oblast. The large Russian bridgehead west of the Zherebets River has now been reduced to four smaller bridgehead, including one larger section connected to the Slavyansk direction, and 3 smaller, partially-isolated footholds further north. All four of these remaining bridgeheads are shrinking day-by-day Extremely heavy Ukrainian artillery and MLRS shelling, along with intense drone attacks, continue on Russian positions close to the frontline, as well as in the tactical and strategic rear, supporting the ongoing offensive operations.🔗 AMK Mapping

My nephew is staying with us for a while. I have so far explained the Cantillon effect and Trffin paradox and today we are discussing AI harnesses 😂
Had a phone call this morning, mate's in hospital. Went up yesterday and they fobbed him off and sent him home. 7 hours later he's calling an ambulance. This time they did scans and tests and found a serious problem, so now he's got to have surgery.
You don't have to accept their first opinion. There's nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion. It's smart. Dr's are great, but they're human and they miss things.
Hoping he has a quick recovery once he's been worked on.
