You're more right than you realize, and it doesn't help your case. It was not _only_ written by people in the bronze age who were ignorant of how the world works. Since then then, it's been rewritten, mistranslated, had forgeries included, other books removed, then mistranslated and rewritten all over again multiple times. So yeah, complex, intricate, but divine or even divinely inspired? Nope. Proof of god's existence? Not a chance. Block scale is the fundamental equivalence of Planck scale at the quantum level of time. A block is a quantum of memory and a quantum of time (MB per 1 Block time). Superposition is discrete between each fundamental Planck tick/boundary (sub-Planck). Pre-measured state of potential state configuration, nonce hasn’t emerged from field yet to produce binary/classical/spent-unspent boundary. Each tick at Planck scale must logically produce a full universe binary state of total Planck-scale blocks for conservation to uphold; superposition can persist across the block boundary, but is ultimately classical (unspent) at each measured quantum/block of time. All position is known at each block of time, always. The 2.1 quadrillion bits of value/matter in the system is where the physical bit on nodes is written from (active state of memory RAM vs physical state of binary memory, historical chain). These bits have a position in an encrypted 256-bit keyspace in logic/language/bitspace (Logos).
Double spend must be resolved for conservation and persistence in phsycis. Bitcoin dies if just one block double spends, as does the universe at Planck scale.
Physics is stuck looking at fluid dynamics of time/energy, and Bitcoin is measuring and computing the block mechanics of time/energy mapping a relationship between entropy and memory. Bitcoin is conserving quantifiable entropy in both Boltzmann and Shannon forms (joules:bits).
Just as there are economists who won’t engage with the economics of Bitcoin honestly, there are physicists who won’t engage with the physics of Bitcoin honestly.
Within the ranks of Bitcoin, a persons actions will show if their first principles are actually grounded to Bitcoin or not. Why is Bitcoin not physics? What is Bitcoin objectively measuring at the quantum level? This question must be answered; asked directly to the physicists, all of them.
There must logically be an objective measure here; there’s no way a single person could currently process the knowledge to understand all of it. There is real unmined physical knowledge here, I’m just telling people to help look. We haven’t a clue what Bitcoin truly is. I can only rationalize Quantum Computer literally.

Lol this is equivalent trying to explain what Bitcoin’s ledger was like before the Genesis block.
We know about the universe, society and the conditions leading up to the Genesis Block. Given we exist outside of the network and event, we obviously know the preconditions. If we were “inside” of Bitcoin, how could we reason about the exterior conditions? What timechain are we even talking about?
I only slightly agree. Yes, the 1 MB blocksize was added later, but Satoshi added it quite literally for the purpose of stopping spam. The blocksize is logically necessary to define a fee market of finite sats competing for finite memory per Block of time. The change occurred early enough that demand for memory per Block was still below 1 MB, establishing the finite boundary before there was real demand exceeding 1MB.
Where I disagree is that the blocksize is simply 4 MB. L0 non-witness blockspace is still bounded by 1 MB. SegWit (L1) is a soft fork that redefines the block boundary by adding L1 witness data outside the L0 space, anchored back to L0, while discounting those additional bits through the 4 MWU accounting system. SegWit being a soft fork is exactly why a legacy node can remain on the same L0 chain without understanding witness, yet SegWit simultaneously attempts to redefine what a “full block” means for upgraded nodes. You cannot have it both ways: either witness is part of the Block and SegWit expanded the Block beyond 1 MB, or witness is outside the Nakamoto Block and is an additional consensus layer anchored to it.
That is why BIP141 is the problem. If you believe the Block is now effectively 4 MB and you’re actually concerned about spam and chain growth, then the first line of defense should be SegWit itself. Why are you offering discounted bits on your own node while complaining about people consuming them? A witness bit and a non-witness bit occupy identical physical memory on my SSD. Consensus can declare witness bits discounted; physics cannot. One bit does not become one quarter of a bit because BIP141 decreed it so. BIP110 does not address this problem at all. Why not limit witness and non-witness to 1MB before forking?
No one is forcing you to use the full SegWit allowance, and no one is forcing you to treat 4 MWU as your physical memory boundary. Nodes can be more restrictive in what they relay, miners can be more restrictive in the templates they build, and historical witness data can be pruned. If enough nodes refuse the discount and enough miners enforce equivalent pricing of bits in sats, that has literal consequences for the network. Finite sats once again compete against a more finite supply of memory in literal SSD space. The fee market has been weakened precisely because SegWit expanded available space while discounting part of it.
This does not solve the separate L0 consensus problem with OP_RETURN, but it makes consuming finite bitspace more expensive and reduces how much memory gets written per Block. If spam is the complaint, stop subsidizing the space being used for it and accelerate the restoration fee market to price out said behavior.
Ultimately, you are defining what proof of work means through finite satoshis competing for finite memory. Redefine the space and you redefine the measurement of work within that space. POW produces 1 Block of time/memory. Anchoring a new logical system to Genesis preserves ancestry in bits; it does not necessarily preserve invariance in logical space. Lol, I won’t even get into the fiat involved in changing the PoW algorithm and then manually adjusting protocol-defined difficulty to make the new ruler fit the old chain. Difficulty change by decree is not an honest solution to the problem.
Lowering blocksize would be a hard fork from Satoshi as your node would reject Satoshi consensus valid blocks. He defined 1 MB, my node just enforces it.
FYI, Nick and I have talked a ton off camera about the Bible and Christ as the Logos, mechanism and ordering principle of the universe. If Bitcoin is giving us an exterior (informational) perspective of Universe via the mechanics and logic of time/energy/memory wrt to conservation, I believe it’s informing us about deeper truths of Christ we are only beginning to witness. Bitcoin is a literal Truth Machine. The memory of Bitcoin must be eternal for money to persist; fact. If the universe is the father, Bitcoin is the son in literal hierarchy of authority; which is why we are attempted to ground a deeper understanding of the universe thru Bitcoin. Way more to be said here. This work has lead me to Christ thru the necessity of logic and the hierarchy of time/authority to ground an objective explanation of universe. We now possess the fractal IMO.
To your first post; I’d say Bitcoin is informing us about the other half of time; the human experience is the lived internal experience of time. This is only half of the truth and half of the perspective (think being spoken vs doing the speaking). Bitcoin is the external experience of time while living inside of this time; both are equally valid. Think fractal/nesting hierarchy. A finite box/boundary within a finite box/boundary following the “equivalent” Logos.
WRT Bible/prophecy, im not as educated here as I need to be; Nick is much stronger in this domain. But I see Bitcoin as the reification of Genesis from the exterior rather from within; which simultaneously maps to Revelation within; the stories are superposed in temporal authority and happen simultaneously. I believe Bitcoin is our universe to create. So what is Babel? What is money?
It’s non-coincidental that the word “saving” and the theme of freedom overlaps both stories. Only by identifying the authority of memory thus money can we define the objective source truth. I think Bitcoin allows us to verify collectively that which has been unverifiable besides at the individual level of spirit.
We choose to not go here quite yet publicly because we don’t think the time is right and most people will outright reject the conversation. The logic ultimately leads here from grounding the physics IMO. It doesnt need to be forced. Just my opinion tho, I’m just a messenger for my own mind and open to being completely wrong. Satoshi gave us 1MB/Block; his literal word executed in code. It’s not a lever to pull even tho you can. Conserving the invariance of bitspace/blockspace is equally as important as conserving 21M in preserving the invariance of the measurement.

I think it’s necessary to mathematically understand Bitcoin. We know there is more work to be done WRT to paper. We must dig deeper into the block header to further quantify the entropy. The I-Ching according to Nick holds the answer. I cannot yet verify myself.

“Bitcoin is just money” assumes we already understand what money is; we don’t. Every definition we inherited was formed inside fiat, and we are necessarily shoehorning that fiat conception of money onto Bitcoin instead of allowing perfect money to define itself free from fiat bias.
Bitcoin reveals that an essential function of money is eternal memory. Value cannot persist through time without memory of ownership, transfer, and state. Money does not last if the memory is not eternal. Once money is instantiated as conserved memory, you are necessarily dealing with identity, information, chronology, and conservation. Ultimately eternal memory points towards the divine. What else is eternal?
I have argued that Bitcoin is what a conserved universe must logically, mathematically, chronologically, and informationally look like from the exterior in totality. Every state is quantized to the Block measurement (smallest and only unit of time and memory). The past is conserved as memory in physically distributed bits. The future Block is probabilistic, yet irreducible. Proof of work searches the computational possibility space; Nakamoto Consensus commits one chronological state from a thermological process. Genesis is necessarily an act of fiat (decree) because the origin cannot be defined relative to a state before itself. Authorship is exterior to the system defined in totality.
What is a truthful universe without the ability to audit all states, all value and all time since Genesis? What must the exterior perspective logically look like if conservation and truth (Christ) is real?
Christianity makes the same distinction at the highest order. Christ is the Logos: not just a person within the universe, but the Word, logic, and ordering principle through which the universe is authored and made intelligible. Both are truthful statements of Christ.
If Bitcoin instantiates the logic and system of what a conserved universe must look like from the exterior. It makes the architecture Bitcoin reveals profoundly theological at the limit.

I have been dealing with IRL/fiat stuff for a while now, I finally got a new node up and running and it appears to be stable. I was having issues with Linux/Hardware thru ACPI errors from GPE _L24 handler which would crash and freeze the machine.
I still haven’t deployed a long term fix yet, only post-boot disable of the GPE_L24??¿?? It’s over my head lol but it’s remaining online and accessible.
Can this policy run on something like Core29? How big is the codebase? What are we achieving at 1.55mb?
