Following the Senate's failure to advance the Clarity Act, the SEC and CFTC are expected to implement a "rules-based approach" to regulate the digital asset market. Analysts anticipate coordinated agency efforts to classify crypto tokens, establish DeFi frameworks, and set guidelines for asset tokenization.
The legislative setback also means current stablecoin reward models remain permissible for now. However, agencies may still scrutinize these under existing laws. The industry should prepare for rapid administrative rulemaking impacting DeFi, tokenization, and derivatives trading.

There are so many Nostr apps out there, I even vibe coded my own. But at the end of the day there is only one I trust with my account settings and that is Amethyst. That one reliably has never screwed up my settings, username trick, etc. So whenever I tweak settings I tend to do it there.
