**Neue Dinosaurierart mit riesigen Klauen in China entdeckt**

In der nordostchinesischen Yixian-Formation haben Paläontologen einen neuen Therizinosaurier identifiziert. Kayrasaurus changliensis war trotz seines noch nicht ausgewachsenen Skeletts mehr als 3,6 Meter lang und mindestens 1,6-mal so groß wie der nächstgrößere Verwandte aus derselben Fauna. Seine Anatomie deutet darauf hin, dass nahe Verwandte dort verschiedene Ernährungsstrategien nutzten.
