NotoriousDRC / NotoriousDRC is on Nostr

the cool Aunt. Scuba Mamí. Firestarter. (T-roublemaker). Generally notorious. Definitely not wearing actual pants. And probably on a beach somewhere.📍🇨🇷

But DO THEY feel like trash?
Do they even notice?!
Man, I eat pretty clean up here in the clouds.
And I visited a friend in the city (on the beach) this week. I ate MSG. 😱 But, like, a LOT. Because that's what it does to you, right? You can't stop.
And then next day, my joints ached with inflammation. I felt like a stuffed sausage. It happened so fast.
And then, I looked around.
And I realized EVERYONE AROUND ME is stuffed like sausages.
And they seem to think everything is fine.
I mean, it's really blowing my mind.
I'm back home now, and I feel better already.
But WOW.

Wow.
I'm in awe... reposting bc I want to find MORE people who are interested in doing this, maybe here in Costa Rica.
The mycelium network is strong.

Don't get me wrong, I'd surely do the same, but...
Doesn't this look/feel a little bit like any hostage release interview EVER?
How come nobody is noticing that? it's not one single bit hard to imagine the conversation beforehand: "Say this. Or else..." Trump's vanity will be his downfall. His touches are so transparent.
When Ross comes to NOSTR, I'd love to see his npub: Free Ross.

thanks for your comment!
I don't disagree... I just wanted to avoid such content-- I promise I wouldn't be one single bit sad to eliminate it from my feed. I'm probably not alone in that --just don't show me anything that might possibly be something I said I don't wanna see. I'd rather be wrong and miss something than have to see something I really don't wanna see.

#gm A very serious inquiry for the #nostrhive: if you want everyone to feel welcome here, what features can you add that make us feel safe here?
#earlydays #NOSTRvalues
I'm STRONGLY #anticensorship and also obvsly #antibullying --they are not mutually exclusive-- and because of that I'm recommending a #nostrfeature (think 🐷 reporting feature in Waze) that allows users (me, I'm the avatar) to #optout AND help others avoid something we don't want to see --e.g., #gross or #unhinged conversations, #violent images, anonymous #trollsofNOSTR, #shitcoiners, #bots, etc.-- I just don't wanna see it, no thanks.
My guess is that this other user feels the same about me. (If he's even real.)
Let's solve this problem proactively, please. I wanna bring the family over here and #growNOSTR and make #bitcoinbabies but traditional "blocking" users is only effective at the personal level and... well, sooooooOOo 2016. 🙄
We need a macro-level solution.
Request:
Allow users to "opt in" or "opt out" of searches flagged by other users.
For example: #revengeporn, #creepy, #anonymousbullying, an unawarranted #adhominemattack... you get the idea.
Or perhaps an just a general all-encompassing political season fave: #grossdisplayofFIATenergy. (Puke.)
Requirement(s):
(1) Allow this loser (oops, user.) to shout out into the void, if that's what he wants.
(2) Avoid reposting, updating (or otherwise amplifying) trolls, bots, or unironic ugliness.
That's why we all left Facebook, remember?
#NOSTRash #NOSTRfix
Recommended Result:
Once something has been flagged, that comment string dies (shuts down immediately, because it's gross) and ceases to be delivered as "updates" to any affected filtered inboxes.
The larger post is unaffected.
Note: a Free Speech "opt in" is an important part of the function too bc even if @npub1aly…qzxg is a disgusting troll who occasionally likes #childporn and gets oddly defensive about it-- maybe he's not, I said *if*-- he still has a right to say it. (Hopefully someone else has a good idea what to do that kind of search/ filter. Me, I'm just generally opting out of that 💩.)
Requirement:
(3) Allow each user to adjust their own filters, because some users will prefer to "opt in" while others prefer to "opt out."
Result:
A small victory for freedom in a decentralized universe, aka user controls.
Please call this functionality:
The #hotlesbiansofNOSTR Fix
(bc if you're gonna troll, you should at least be more clever) 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Y'all need some feminine energy up in this place. Desperately.🔥Keep #NOSTR a safe place where we'd wanna be. Don't let it be a place where creepy men and bots hang out and say ugly things to us. TIA. 🕉️

Hi. I'm Dana Rae, Tía Danna, Scuba Mamí, or the Kooky Aunt that (ran away to Costa Rica 6 years ago and) never came home. I can't promise much more than loads of not-so-perfect photos, wild outfits, and perpetually untamed hair.
I lived a perfect life for a while... it got boring. I'm here and now, pouring on the authenticity. My neighbors here in the #bitcoinjungle are @npub1uvs…m0p9 and @npub15xy…k2mz #introductions
Landing page for #thatbitcoinprojectinBahía coming soon. @npub1r39…hw30 just explained why I need one. I also wanna say (shout out into the void) THANKS for all the detailed explainers about NOSTR and how to get set up. (I see you, hard-working IT folks and L&D gurus. Much appreciation.)
