Man, I eat pretty clean up here in the clouds.
And I visited a friend in the city (on the beach) this week. I ate MSG. 😱 But, like, a LOT. Because that's what it does to you, right? You can't stop.
And then next day, my joints ached with inflammation. I felt like a stuffed sausage. It happened so fast.
And then, I looked around.
And I realized EVERYONE AROUND ME is stuffed like sausages.
And they seem to think everything is fine.

I mean, it's really blowing my mind.
I'm back home now, and I feel better already.
But WOW.
