Seems that way. Although there are so man more "urgent care" places popping up here. Im very near an urban area that lost most of it's hospitals. The best options are really to get yourself into the big city, which is same one hospital serving over 2 million people right now. There are one or two "smaller" hospitals that are basically just big urgent cares with some emergency staff and transport into the city, but they aren't much closer for me.
