Yes 100%, they have spend years of playing people around with their promises to list Monero soon. I honestly think they went for it last time (3m ago) and got punished for it. But, now it just seems like delay upon delay again. No doubt the have been compensated plenty for keeping xmr price stuck in the hands of the money lenders.
