Lost Creek Ridge part 7. Occasionally I passed through glens with these huge (I assume glacial) debris fields in them. Last time I was up here, in 2000, these fields were alive with little snowmelt streams and rivulets pouring off the mountain. This year the snow pack was abysmal and they're all dried up. Only a handful of these of these gorgeous little flowers (Parnassia fimbriata), too; they grow only in wet rocky meadows.
