Going through the various forms of chatter and accompanying narratives surrounding DiVine.

The ''re-introduction'' of Vine is begging the question as to why it is at all relevant;
the answer to that question mostly comes down to this ''no-AI'' thing;
the ''no-AI'' thing subsequently comes across as mostly a gimmick DiVine desperately clings onto in search of relevancy;
If the Nostr aspect is even alluded to, it is this quick afterthought;
You'd be lucky if Nostr itself even gets mentioned;
it ties it to DiVine being "open-source" as a mostly hollow meaningless phrase;
the discussion around that part is an absolute confused clusterfuck where nobody has any actual idea of what on earth is going on.

Now I am not blind to the efforts the team behind DiVine are taking in order to make their users "Nostr-aware", but...

At the same time "Nostr" is avoided like the plague in public communication.

You are robbing people of the pointer to both start understanding and tie-in for their understanding of a new paradigm.
