I'm still not back 100% yet but I am walking without a limp. I'm working up to get the strength to carry Princess Aurora on the moped again which will alleviate a lot of the problems. I even got her a new backpack which will hold her sideways not upright, because she's still yelping when pressure is applied to her hip too.
