I was entertained today to run into Russia's Resolution No. 111 of 1998/2005, which prohibits all #radio transmitters past 9kHz, plus devices for covert ends: the receipt and recording of acoustic information, visual observation and documentation, wiretapping of telephone conversations, interception & recording of information from technical communication channels, control over the movement of vehicles & other objects, inspection of premises, vehicles & other objects.
