Took me all of 3 hours with the USB. I felt naked the whole time with my services stopped.
I was surprised at how fast it had progressed until it came to update Nextcloud, after the StartOS finished updating. That was every bit of 3 hours for me with the USB already ready.
And with the fresh backup (took forever and again the culprit being Nextcloud) and then reconfiguring devices with their new URL all-in-all it took about 4 hours.
