have you tried manually pushing the filament in? idk where the feed stepper is on this one, but you should be able to release tension on it and keep pushing it manually by hand. does it not want to come in?
are the temps alright for the material? what if you bump them by 20°C?
have you tried getting the hotend up to temp and then pushing something thin (like a needle) into the hole? i unclogged stuff like this a bunch of times
