But you're hiding a ton of assumptions behind "informada"
Dumb people voting for welfare is decentralized decision making but, as I said, it's the bad kind. How do we ensure that only the "informed" people get a vote in a decentralized way? That's what pow, or futarchy I guess, gets you.
