Such mixing is a bad idea and complicates the query pipeline. IDs filters take a different codepath than normal filters.
For example you have a REQ that contains a normal filter, and an IDs filter. The relay sets a limit of 2000 events.
The normal filter could return 2000 events and the IDs filter never gets retrieved. If you set a limit on the normal filter it could also apply to the IDs filter. (per filter limits don’t exist)
This doesn’t mean filters like “events with IDs <list> and kind 1” is rejected. Only REQs with 2 filters like “events with IDs <list>” and “events with kind 1”
