If you don't have a full degree it would probably be worth while to get a certificate. Usually these are pretty easy and you just pay a fee, I got a few from Duke when I first did career pivot to finance. I think HEC Liège probably has some, and I'm sure you can find others. Signalling with papers is very useful to let normies feel comfortable with working with you.
Otherwise just have big swinging brass balls. You're obviously smart enough I've followed you for ages. Finance has a lot of dominance politics issues so just having stones goes a long way. They will test you, and if you seem uncertain that looks a lot worse than being wrong. Idk why, but it becomes a moot point. If you can be consistently correct and 100% confident then you'll quickly move up.
