i didn't like the way core worked, they make change, then say ACK NACK etc... feels like politics then a software project.

politics prevents fights, makes people vote, makes them feel like they have power. core is a software we should have had multiple software.

i think chain history is also important, on our side going against miners as node runners is expected, so after a URSF our chain would succeed because we have a history of miner chain being irrelevant/invalid at the end.

and knots is luke's software, nobody points a gun into your head to run it or a specific version of it. bitcoin purity exists that forked after bip110, there's also another fork of knots, that still works on older chain.

and that's the way i like it, a clear captain steering his ship/software someone who is directly responsible for your software.

if you have a better client and get a bigger user base then do it.

core also has centralized power of an organization and few big heads. all software, domain etc does.

at least luke listens to his users, and asks them questions.
