Bitcoin doesn't really care who uses it and what they use it for.
I don't believe we should start changing the laws just because we don't like how someone is using it.
That's a very slippery slope.
One of Bitcoin's core value propositions is that it is censorship resistant.
Thankfully Bitcoin is built for these types of attacks.
