She absolutely could have killed children. Even at the slow speed she was going she could have killed my puppy dog, and has given me a really shitty experience.
Then she was a bitch to me on top of it, which really sticks in my craw. I've not sued anyone before but yep, have retained some personal injury bulldogs. I doubt she has any money but it's not really about the money.
