Hiking Ptarmigan Ridge part 2. Here's what fall looks like at elevation: some of the grass is yellowing and the blueberry plants are turning purple and red. Unfortunately due to the climate breakdown, wildfires are now so common this time of year that you actually see the haze obscuring the more distant peaks.
