Lol I'm a "mainstream" Mormon. I know all about the history of Mormonism.
The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and tells of His visit to the Americas after His resurrection.
It is the word of God, (yes I prayed about it too) and it tells the story of what happens to the Americas time and time again when the people in the Americas go from righteousness to wickedness and then back to righteousness ... over and over.
What is happening to America right now fits the Book of Mormon stories to a tee, right up to the land being invaded by a scourge of foreign invaders when the people of the Americas become wicked. The Book of Mormon shows over and over that the only solution to bring back peace and order to their land is for the people of the Americas to repent and turn to God and Jesus.
