Exactly. Some people say that fascists want to make crime legal - that's not the case; crime is still illegal FOR YOU. They want to be in control of who is above the law & who isn't, so they can A. keep themselves in the former group, B. sell access to that same group for money and/or favors & C. condemn anyone they don't like to the latter group.
