Nostr is just text. It doesn't make sense to have a GUI with accessibility cruft on top of it. There should just be a client that deals with pure text and doesn't even try to render anything for non-blind people.

For someone that knows how blind people interact with apps (do they listen to text? do they click buttons, how do they input content, etc) this should be an easy task.
