I’m not familiar with your rig but here goes.
The orange is the suction or return side of the pump. The red is the discharge or pump outlet.
2 guesses:
1. a connection gasket or pump impeller failed and was pumped toward the miner. The trash got clogged and burst the hose.

2. The leak caused the pump to cavitate, causing the pump was damaged and flow decreased. Hose fail on temperature

Fix: Take the inlet hose off the miner and clean out any rubber pieces. Then replace the pump and hose.
