Bridge/migration issuance is an implementation detail. The harder problem is architectural. For this to actually work, clients and the protocol need to stop treating one raw nsec as the permanent signing primitive. The master should sit above the client layer while apps and devices operate on revocable/rotatable delegated keys. Once that becomes the model, migration/recovery/isolation/rotation, etc.. become much cleaner.
