Pelo contrário fiquei sabendo recentemente que a empresa onde trabalho deseja que eu ponha o uniforme e toda a indumentária antes de bater o ponto para não contabilizar os 10 minutos antes da entrada e 10 minutos antes da saída que estou a disposição da empresa.
Mesmo o Ministério do Trabalho entendendo que se o funcionário é obrigado a trocar de roupa no local isso deve ser encarado como jornada de trabalho.
Isso me dá uma agonia sem tamanho, como se já não fosse obrigado a fazer horas extras intermináveis que deveriam ter adicional noturno também sou obrigado a chegar mais tarde e folgar em dias aleatórios para zerar o banco de horas pois a empresa não deseja pagar.
Meu líder direto foi viajar para fazer curso, já não bastava ter de fazer o trabalho administrativo dele e ter que trabalhar como um burro de carga em Auxiliar de produção porque ele não sabe se quer mexer num Excel.
Isso quando não queria usar a internet do meu celular ou pegar ele emprestado para fazer as coisas da empresa.
Agora tenho de ajudar o supervisor novo que nada sabe da empresa, que me pergunta qual atitude deve tomar, que vive pedindo para eu ensinar o trabalho dele e que além de não me ajudar em nada ainda pede para eu fazer o trabalho administrativo dele.
Não é segredo para ninguém, até a minha gerente sabe disso, não só sabe como liberou o uso do meu celular pessoal para trabalho dentro da empresa.
Me sinto um verdadeiro idiota trabalhando nesse lugar.
Se não fosse ser pai muito em breve e tivesse algo a vista pulava fora desse barco.
