With the threat of war, I used AI to rank countries by food security. It turns out “food security” is a technically defined political term, which has no valid use, so I had to redefine it for AI.
By my definition, only one country on the planet is food secure in all 7 categories of food types and that is Guyana in South America.

Some paintings need time.
Others seem to arrive almost by themselves.
This one was one of those.
I came across a photograph by chance, and something in it made me want to paint it.
The first part of the painting came together surprisingly quickly.
It’s still unfinished, but already feels like a good beginning.
I don’t know exactly where this painting is going yet.
And for once, I’m happy not to know.
