I disagree, I think it's bad with few exceptions, not good with few exceptions.
I'm of the opinion that knowing how to write code (not just review it, write it) helps shape your formal thinking, because the formal language you are using is better suited for the task than natural language and if you need an LLM to "help you" it means you don't understand what you are doing well enough, else it wouldn't really be of much help.
Of course, in a big project you may not understand all parts, but I think there is a benefit to all parts having been written manually. When you do read code in those parts, you can try and understand the intention behind them and the thoughts of the authors who was thinking that code. I don't care to know who the author specifically is, but there needs to be one for this to be possible, same as with a book.
Because it's quite hard to know whether you actually understood a bit of code correctly, I think preserving our ability to write it, and doing so, is what we need in order to know that, collectively, we do understand system in whole.
Furthermore, I value the creation of projects enough as an artistic human feat that I think the relatively small advantage of using LLMs isn't worth giving that up even partially.

Personally I'm for using code completion (not AI-based) if I can essentially use it blindfolded and know exactly what characters it will write.
Visual Studio (proprietary, I know, but a great IDE technically) has always been great at it with its flagship language (currently C#).
