I read an article (in czech) today with Kevin L. Schwartz. Interesting points (machine translated into english):

If ACINQ (force) closes the channes and disappears, you're fine. Just use your seed / keys to access the on-chain wallet. done.
If ACINQ node disappears but don't close channels, then there is no easy way to get funds out (the lightning/splice channel).
In theory, you can reconstruct the channel state and broadcast closing transaction, but there's no UI for this. You'd have to implement it with their lightning-kmp engine. And you must have the data from the app on your phone.
In this case neither you or ACINQ can spend the BTC, it's locked in the contract on-chain indefienetely. Either you or them need to broadcast the closing transaction one way or the other.
