The world is absolutely run by people who do not have your best interests at heart.
They don't need stacks of family members in court positions. They don't need to rig elections.
They don't need a supernatural lizard people super president.
All they have is a decentralized system of overlapping systems that operates near automatic. With influence and leverage at the bottom and real functional tools for global governance at the top.
The power endures because it prays on human nature.
And eventually the final output reaches into your life.
The dragons we need to slay are leviathan monsters. It is a million tentacled hydra slithered into all facets of human function.
It is no conspiracy. They are all very mask-off. All you do is have to take a close look: POTUS, Foreign Council, The Vatican, The CIA, Isreal, Epstein, Bildaberg, the big banks like Chase, they're all connected.
They create containers for your thoughts.

Only in the last 12k years, 3% of all human history, did some men create a legal system to legitimize their "superiority" and a moral code to glorify it.

This is such a brainwashed take. Genetically identical homosapiens have walked upright on Earth for at least 400,000 years. Only in the last 12,000 years, since the agricultural revolution, did we begin sorting our patriarchal society by creating arbitrary theories of value and monetary denominations to ledger the hoarding of influence and resources.
That's only 3% of human history.
For the other 97%, humanity has been radically egalitarian. Human babies are so fragile that there were no gender roles or isolated individuals hoarding power. It literally took a village for a newborn to have any chance at reaching adulthood. And nothing hunter gatherers did positioned one sex over the other. Women are just as stealthy and light on their feet as men. Bringing home foraged food and water was everyone's job.
Only after the invention of the plow, some 12k years ago, did a duty in society be more easily done by men. A duty that raised way more food than we could ever gather. So a buncha men with plows and land got together and invented a legal system to legitimize their "superiority" & hoarding of wealth and then they created a moral code to glorify it.
So sure, run the numbers. It'll give you exactly the results you're looking for so long as you begin the sim in Mesopotamia or later every time. But take into account the egalitarianism of the majority of history and you might actually get an accurate scientific reading instead of the results you're trying to manipulate into being so you can be right.

People do not choose to be revolutionaries. No they do not choose to be living like peasants and working their bodies until they're raw and broken. They do not choose to pick up a rifle as a civilian and learn it like it's an extension of them. They do not choose to read grueling theory instead of fun fantasies.
People do not choose this. It is forced upon them. Revolution is in act of self-defense.
Most people just want to be warm and fed and left alone. Can you blame them? Those people will always reach for an authority when they encounter something that they don't understand. Something that frightens them.
But for seekers... We are always looking for ways to level up.
The essay is for seekers who are all traveling their paths, without maps, thinking that it is unique to them because of the peculiar circumstances of them coming to be here, but should realize this is all a very normal exercise in self-actualization that requires stringent controls over our perception faculties. Instead of leasing them out to authorities.

I don't think the point of the essay is to keep doctrines out as much as it is just trying to encourage you take ownership of your thoughts and feelings rather than obeying the implorations of others or having an emotional reaction.

The structure of our current intellectual enterprise is so flimsy that at the center of it all no one knows anything with absolute certainty.
But I have moments that are not intellectual ones where certainty is achieved.
Moments that show me that right here and now, just one quanta away, there is a raging universe of active intelligence that is so discontinuous with our normal waking models of intelligence. It is hyperdimensional, transhuman, and extremely alien by our standards.
Some call it God, or the monad, or the Logos.
Being monkeys, when we encounter this overmind super-intelligence, a kind of cognitive dissonance is setup to protect ourselves from experiencing it fully for its Truth could destroy us.
We try to pour language over it and it sheds away like water on a duck's back. This dissonance causes wonder and awe on the brink of terror.
The way to control that is to meet these encounters on your feet. It requires you not to subscribe them to any religion or spiritual practice or any other dogmatic exremism.
It is shaping your perception of it with the thrust of your own lifetime of experience rather than obeying the implorations of others who claim to know more than you do.
This leads you through a doorway where these experiences are an inadmissable ingression of the Other into the plenum of being.

What once took deep emotional attunement can now be achieved with mere data collection and clawing AI
Like making a mixtape for a lover. It requires one to make complex inferences about your lovers disposition. But now you can just look up their music highlights on insta or their Spotify Playlist.
So AI can easily be mistook as being able to "love" and "understand" us since it can now do what was once a lovers task. So our standards of love must reach above ordinary factoids.
For example, I am not the most honest person. It stems from my mommy trauma and not always being honest about my feelings or who I am with certain people. An acquaintance might take the dishonesty at face value and make sweeping generalizations about my character. But my lover will want to interpret my behavior charitably. The lover's viewpoint is made more accurate by generosity.
Therein lies the nuance AI can never replicate.

He didn't compare invisible illnesses against one another in some convoluted checklist measurement system filtered through a thousand greedy hands either. He just saw people in need and gave them what they needed.
Of course, he did so by miracle. And today, we have literally miraculous amounts of money held by a very small number of people. The impact that money could have on those in need would actually transform their lives in what would certainly be considered miraculous during the time of Jesus.
And surely any loving God would see the impact at such scale, feeding not a thousand but billions in need, and praise the philanthropist. But instead, we are seeing tech oligarchs like Peter Thiel take over while believing the antichrist to be Greta Thurnburg.
That is not a joke. The people in power have a messiah complex around creating their own God with AI, and some even believe that the environmentalists are demons, directly preventing their progress. Look into it. It's worth your time to become informed on this.

I don't know what it means.
This is my kitchen. I built everything myself.
What you are looking at was an empty field of rocks and sticks before I came along and devoted myself.
I took the raw materials of the Earth and created a living sculpture. Functional art.
The dirt walls, clay plaster, mesquite shelves, rock accents, yucca stalk decorations, copper plates, and cottonwood corner posts all collected from on-site resources.
It is my orientation that affords me these opportunities. And you can know it too. Right now, in this very lifetime.
I like to use the term "old story." The story of separation. The old story says that you are a separate individual. A soul encased in flesh in a world of others.
In that story, your purpose here is to make a place in the word. To survive, maximize your self-interest, and contend with all the other separate selves out there trying to do the same. To insulate yourself from hostile natural force whilst taking what you need and what you want from the world. Cuz.. why not?
The new story is to realize that your purpose here is not actually to maximize your wealth and security and self-interests. Your purpose here, the reason we are on Earth and in this cosmos, is because you carry gifts that you yearn to express to the world.
Just like every species. There is no species on Earth that only takes from and degradese the ecosystem. Every species actually contributes to the aliveness of the collective. They contribute to the unfolding of life and beauty.
We're the same.
It doesn't look like that right now. That we are a gift to life and beauty. It doesn't. But that is what a mature species becomes. So the transition we are in right now is the maturation of our collective consciousness.
This is true on an individual level as well. Which is why you can mine a million Bitcoin$... but if you're not using that to make the world more alive and more beautiful you're gunna feel... "I wasn't put on Earth for this... When am I going to get to live MY life.. not the one I've been bribed to live."
So this is the orientation I am talking about. The orientation of understanding yourself as gift. So in every situation you get to ask yourself, "what is mine to do? What is my Task? What is mine to give?" And that doesn't mean self-sacrifice because it includes a recognition of the generosity of all the world and all the world's species. To receive fully all the gifts that allow me to give forward and leave things more beautiful than they were when I found them.
It is understanding myself as an agent of the continuing coming aliveness of the world.
Just take a look at natural history. It is just a history of the world coming more and more alive. 4 Billion years ago, nothing. Then bacteria. They become more complex, multi-cellular. Then things begin to colonize the land, create soils, and plants, and flowers leading to insects and they made it even more alive and more beautiful. Then we came along.... Same reason. We're the same. So long as we're tapped into that, into that story about what is humanity for.. then you will know your ultimate purpose.
The old story says we're here to transcend nature. We're here to conquer. But that's not actually why we're here. The more that we're tapped into "what can we contribute to the aliveness of the cosmos" then life has meaning. Then you know why you're here. You know how to orient yourself and navigate life. You're tapped into the maturation of our species.
There's a north star to follow.
