I probably eat less than 1,000 calories a day, food wise. I simply don't need it. I don't need to work, I walk my dog, I spend most of the day chilling on my couch🤷🏻♂️.

I've always been slim, too. That is as big as I've ever been. Heavy gym work and ridiculous eating. I'm not a big eater and never have been but the amount of food I had to eat to get that big was simply ridiculous. That was the main reason why I stopped going the gym🤷🏻♂️. Don't get me wrong, I know going the gym in itself is a good thing but I only ever went, to gain muscle. (All natural, btw) and I'd just had enough of eating mad food🤷🏻♂️😂. - Cuba; 2010.
