If you already got it this far then I think you can get the server back up too. You already proved you could make the project work in the first place. A crashed server is just another problem to solve.
That actually sounds like a pretty interesting extension 😄 Using Helix style keybinds directly inside Firefox text fields could be really useful. Realizing halfway through that you were stuck with a 32k context window must have hurt though 😂 Are you going to keep building it with the larger context now?

This is a much nicer way to explore the archive than scrolling through the full list. I ran into two small issues while playing with it though. If I click a country, close the attack panel, and then click the same country again, the panel doesn't reopen. Also, when I open some of the attack links that point to archive.is, I get the "One more step – Please complete the security check to access archive.is" page instead of the archived article. That one may just be archive.is doing its security checks rather than an issue with the dashboard itself. Other than that, I like the map approach a lot. It makes the geographic distribution of these attacks much easier to explore.

İlkokuldayken okulda, sanırım Windows 95 veya Windows 98 yüklü bilgisayarlarda bir oyun oynuyorduk. Oyunda dünya haritası üzerinde bir noktadan başlıyor, verilen bilgiler ve mesafeler yardımıyla dünyanın başka bir yerindeki hazineyi bulmaya çalışıyorduk. Aradan yıllar geçti ama oyun nedense aklımda kaldı. Zaman zaman aradım fakat bir türlü bulamadım.
Aylar önce tekrar araştırmaya başladım ve sonunda büyük ihtimalle çocukken oynadığım oyunu buldum. Oyunun Türkiye'deki adı Genç Gezginin Dünya Turu. İngilizce adıyla My First Amazing World Explorer. Türkçe sürümünün eski CD imajı bile internette arşivlenmiş. Oyunun dosyalarını bulunca bir süre kurcaladım fakat eski bir Windows oyunu olduğu için düzgün şekilde çalıştırmak ve kullanmak biraz sıkıntılıydı.
Sonra aklıma şu geldi:
Madem bu kadar zamandır bu oyunu arıyorum, kendim yapsam ya.
O zaman oyunun basit bir formatını yapıp bırakmışım. Yaklaşık bir hafta önce projeyi tekrar açtım ve ciddi şekilde uğraşmaya başladım. Windows Form Application formatından web formatına çevirmeye karar verdim.
Ortaya da Mundory Hunt çıktı. Mantık çocukken oynadığım oyundan geliyor. Bir başlangıç noktası ve çeşitli ipuçları var. Dünya haritasında ilerleyerek hazinenin nerede olduğunu bulmaya çalışıyorsunuz. Mesafeleri ölçebiliyor, haritayı inceleyebiliyor ve doğru yeri bulduğunuzu düşündüğünüzde tahmininizi yapabiliyorsunuz. Biraz eski oyunları hatırlatan, basit ama uğraştıran bir şey olsun istedim.
İşin komik tarafı şu:
Oyuna 100 bölüm eklemişim. Sanırım yaparken önce ben bitireyim, sonra yenilerini eklerim diye düşünmüşüm. Ama hazine noktalarını hazırlayalı o kadar zaman olmuş ki çoğunun nerede olduğunu ben de hatırlamıyorum. Şu ana kadar ancak 10. bölüme gelebildim.
Yani ilk 100 bölüm herkes için aynı ve oyunu yapan kişi olarak benim de diğer oyunculardan pek bir avantajım kalmadı. Hazineyi nereye koyduğumu unutmuşum. Oyunun nasıl oynandığını göstermek için de geçenlerde yaptığım başka bir proje basit bir extension ile küçük bir adım adım rehber hazırladım. Şimdilik Mundory Huntı bu haliyle yayınladım.

We will definitely keep this in mind and discuss how we could make it work. A friend on Nostr shared his solo mining setup and it made me want to share mine too. 😄 This little Jingle Miner BTC Solo Lottery keeps hashing every day. I know the chance of finding a Bitcoin block with it is almost impossible. That is part of the fun though. It is basically a tiny lottery ticket that never stops trying. Maybe nothing will ever happen. Maybe one day I will look at it and see BLOCK FOUND. 😂 And if that day ever comes I hope I can send 1 million sats to the people here who followed the journey and left comments along the way. Until then this little machine can keep hashing and keeping the dream alive. What do you think.

Crochet is actually a nice suggestion. 😄 But here in Türkiye it is mostly something women do and I do not really know anyone around me I could ask to teach me. So learning it might be a little harder for me. The fountain pen handwriting idea caught my attention though. I added that one to my list and I might actually try it.

People can watch the same story and still come away with completely different interpretations. That is part of what makes anime and stories interesting to me. You see Saitama as a political metaphor. I mostly watch the series through the characters and the world around them. Neither interpretation has to cancel out the other.
Right now I am busy with some work on the site and I am also working on something else on antiX. Since I posted the anime note I have watched a few shorter anime whenever I had some free time. I will definitely watch Princess Mononoke by Sunday at the latest. I will share my thoughts with you after I watch it. That was actually part of the reason I asked for anime recommendations in the first place. I wanted to find new things to watch and then share what I thought about them too 😄
Ah now I get it after looking it up 😄 ani-cli is a CLI app made for searching and watching anime directly from the terminal. I starred the repo and I’ll try it as soon as I get a chance.

That actually makes a lot more sense to me. I was looking at One Punch Man mostly from the Saitama side and that is probably why the overpowered main character idea did not appeal to me much. But looking at Genos and the other characters and the way the world itself works gives it a different angle. The part about what life feels like when you already have exactly what you wanted is also much more interesting than just watching someone beat everyone easily. Maybe I judged it too quickly. I might give it another chance.
Okay this is not a recommendation list anymore. This is an archive 😄 I can tell you have spent a lot of time watching anime. There are quite a few titles here that I have never watched. I added the ones I do not know to my list and I will go through them one by one. I also like that you added little comments next to them because it gives me an idea of what I am getting into. One Punch Man never really clicked with me. When the main character is overwhelmingly stronger than everyone else it takes some of the fun out of it for me. I enjoy something like My Hero Academia more because there are more characters growing and struggling in different ways. Of course everyone has different tastes. I’m still watching One Piece for example 😄
I might actually start rewatching it too 😄 It has been long enough that I probably forgot a lot of the details and even the feeling of watching this anime.
It’s been a long time but I think I did watch the Reawakened episodes on Netflix. I remember checking them out after finishing the main series. It has been a while though so I might need to look back and make sure 😄
I already watched Saiki Kusuo no Psi nan and finished it. I was really hoping for another season because it felt like there could still be more to come. I kept waiting for a continuation but unfortunately they never made one. I still wish they would bring it back someday 😄

That’s an interesting answer. I can see how both philosophy and religion can feel very different once you stop only reading about them and start questioning your own ideas and experiences. Was there a particular idea or experience that changed the way you looked at them?
Yeah I have the same problem. Sometimes you write about one thing and the replies suddenly turn into something completely unrelated. I found this Nostr mute tool while looking for a way to deal with that. https://mutable.top/ I should say that I have not used or tested it yet. I only found it while researching. If I try it and it works well I will share what I find.
