查了下恒生科技和恒生互联网，等恒生科技调整完先观察一阵子再决定将来趋势反转时挑哪个，感觉上恒生互联网更好。今天的尾盘不光癌股有意思，港股也耐人寻味，恒生科技里好几个临收盘秒拉。我不怎么做短线，但学习一下套路。

恒生科技指数确实即将迎来一次重大规则调整，但恒生互联网指数目前并未同步进行类似的全面改革，两者的定位正在走向差异化。
🚀 恒生科技指数：重大扩容与选股机制改革
恒生指数公司已于2026年10月7日公布咨询总结，将对恒生科技指数实施六项核心修订，并于2026年12月7日起正式生效。
核心变化包括：
· 大幅扩容：成份股数目由30只增加至50只，按市值排名选取首40只，余下10只按过去12个月收入增长排名选取。
· 告别“唯市值论”：引入“双组别选股机制”，同时参考市值排名与收入增长排名，以纳入高增长但市值暂未登顶的科技公司。
· 拓宽科技主题：取消原有的行业限制，科技主题扩展至人工智能、机器人及自动化、前沿科技等更广领域，AI升为独立主题，硬科技占比预计将升至42%。
· 提高流动性门槛：新纳入的非现有成份股，须满足过去三个月日均成交额至少1亿港元的要求。
此次调整主要是为了提升指数对港股科技板块的代表性，覆盖更多AI、半导体、智能汽车等新兴领域的公司。
💡 恒生互联网指数：侧重差异化定位
现有信息并未显示恒生互联网指数会进行与恒生科技指数同等规模的规则改革。
业内的分析观点认为，未来恒生互联网指数将与恒生科技指数差异化发展。恒生互联网指数可能更聚焦于AI应用层，重点覆盖互联网和软件应用领域的龙头企业，定位会更加清晰。这意味着它的规则调整可能更多是围绕这一定位进行微调，而非像恒生科技那样进行全面的扩容和机制重构。
这两个指数都不是等权，均采用 “自由流通市值加权” ，并辅以个股权重上限来防止单一巨头过度主导指数。
📊 恒生科技指数：市值加权 + 8%硬上限
恒生科技指数按自由流通市值分配权重，市值越大，基准权重越高。但为了防止指数被一两家巨头“绑架”，设置了严格的个股权重上限：
· 非外国公司：单只权重最高8%。
· 外国公司：单只权重最高4%，且所有外国公司合计不超过10%。
这个上限非常关键。即便腾讯、阿里等巨头的自由流通市值远超其他成分股，在指数计算时权重也会被“拉平”到8%附近。这就是为什么前几大成分股的市值差距巨大，但权重占比却比较接近。超过8%的部分，会在每季度调整时重新分配给其他成分股。
🌐 恒生互联网指数：同样市值加权，但上限更宽松
恒生互联网指数（全称“恒生互联网科技业指数”）同样采用流通市值加权法，但它的个股权重上限设定为12%，比恒生科技的8%更高。
这意味着，在恒生互联网指数中，龙头互联网公司的权重集中度会更高，指数表现对头部几家企业的依赖程度，理论上比恒生科技指数更大一些。
所以，这两个指数都不是平均分配，而是“市值决定基准权重，上限进行再平衡”。恒生科技上限更严（8%），分布相对更均衡；恒生互联网上限更宽（12%），龙头集中度更高。
