it reminds me of the plane that hit the pentagon on Sept 11th. made a big hole with zero plane debris, and they included a nice clear picture of the jet before it impacted into the building.

I’ve heard it said that pilots of private and corporate jets tend to be more cavalier about getting to the destination despite the risks, because there is more pressure on them than a commercial pilot to get there on time. Airlines are much more likely to cancel or delay a flight to avoid flying close to bad weather.
Well, sure. There's two ways it usually goes:
