Yanked out the peppers today and raspberries are still producing, except for a few squash plants the summer garden is finished. Now I can concentrate on all the fall and winter goodness.

If my wife goes first, I hope to pass in my sleep, in my own bed.
If I go first, I hope I'm not even at home. She'll never be able to sleep in that house again if she wakes up to discover me lifeless in bed. It freaks her out enough on days I decide to sleep in past 0630 because I'm always out of bed hours before her. The 2 or 3x a year I sleep past 7, she asks if I'm getting sick.
