Yeah, basically. A social network for people who can read and comprehend anything long-form: articles, wikis, books, magazines.
Because we sliced and diced up the books, they're digestible and interweavable like articles are. That's the main novelty, really: lumping books together with smaller items for a subset of the modern audience: people with the concentration span to consume and converse over more than two paragraphs at a time.

There isn't enough UTXO space on Bitcoin to give everyone on earth a lightning channel even if we used all the block space for the next 50 years, everyone got one channel, and channels never needed to close.
