The problem with quality comes from the fact that most human-written code is written for the purpose of being written, and that is it.
And many things, such as security vulnerability discoveries, etc. are either 1. Strongly human guided, or 2. Could have been discovered via standard auditing methods + prevented via standard practices (but no one wants to because “waste of resources” until it bites them in the ass)
