An Alby account and an Alby wallet are two different things. The account gives you the address (…@getalby.com), notifications and a Nostr identifier. The sats themselves have to land in a wallet the account is linked to. Alby used to run a shared custodial wallet for everyone; they shut that down on 4 January 2025 and moved to self-custody. Addresses kept working, but an account that never got linked to a new wallet is now a mailbox with no house behind it — which is your case.
