RE: https://mstdn.social/@kibcol1049/117399815851287574

Let's hope for his sake, his mother still exists. However I often wondered how they can verify a claim is legit, like this one...walking 28 years around the world without any transport. There are places on this planet you can't get without a boat or some form of over-river or over-ocean transport. So in that case what does *around the world* even mean, I wonder...

quoting
note1y6e…y8h2

A British man who has spent 28 years walking around the world without using any form of transport has made it back to the UK. Karl Bushby, 57, began his journey at the southern tip of Chile in 1998 and is heading for his mother’s home in Hull. He arrived in Dover on Monday after swimming the Channel over three days.

I was three at the time, though whether they're memories of physical experience, or memories because I got told what happened, I have no idea.

Whatever happens the first couple of years is probably too much for it to really recall, plus...I'm wondering, since it's still growing at that point, would the thoughts it had during the first 3 or 4 odd years, even make sense to a young child or even an adult's understanding of things?
