Banks and everyone else is in the process of upgrading. Banks won't be hacked, however for Bitcoin if we don't start the work now, it may be too late.

It will have its impact, but nothing compared to Bitcoin because decentralised protocols require more time to upgrade, and signature size impacts Bitcoin a lot more.

Responses like Mike's don't address time preference for spending, and the fact we all die eventually and can't spend our money from the grave, thus in the extreme case there comes a time where we spend, even thou our goods will be cheaper in the future.
Also on investment side, more people saving means less consuming of goods and services, thus frees real resources up for use in investing in future consumer goods.

Not at the moment. I try not to focus too much on achieving the goals, they are just there to show me I'm heading in the right direction (my values).
If goals aren't getting ticked, then either I need to check if they can be broken into small pieces, or confirm they are on the right path.

The modern day version Jeremy Bentham's design is almost complete. FISA 702 was a big brick.

Immanuel Kant was born 300 years ago today, on the 22 April 1724. His philosophy is described as something you cannot go around, but must go through, to comprehend modern day philosophy. He thread the needle between the British empiricists and the continental rationalists into the philosophy of idealism.
I believe his philosophy is key in understanding our society today and the structure of science and economics. Through understanding Kantian philosophy we have the potential to fix the mistakes we have made in economics, and solve road blocks we have hit in science.
Exciting times, considering 300 years was like yesterday in the context of intellectual contemplation.

Just like Bitcoin, you should generate the private key (the 32 bytes), from the words, not the words from the private key. Bip-39 feeds the words as a string into a PBKDF2 using SHA-512, which provides the master seed for HD wallets (64 bytes). So whether it's 12, 17, 24, or 102 words, it will all work, however any more words then 12 doesn't add any extra security.
Btw, why not implement a Bip-32 like hit hierarchical deterministic nostr accounts? This way you could have the master account that can access it's subordinate accounts.
