A devoted mother can work twice as hard, but she can never replace the role of a father. A father’s role is irreplaceable in a child’s life, and the absence of that presence can have profound consequences.
As a son, honor your father and make him proud. As a father, be a worthy example of a man for your children, protecting and providing for your family.
Never allow society to diminish or devalue the role of fatherhood.

So these are your trophies? A collection of empty bottles displayed to impress people just as shallow as yourself? What a remarkable achievement. Take them home, and in the reflection of every bottle you will always see that they mirror your own interior.
If you have ever wondered whom you captivated with such ostentation, know this: ridicule is capable of impressing as well. Who but the frivolous would be drawn to frivolity? The heads that turn to admire your display are the same ones that bow in flattery, yet tell me—how many of those purchased friendships will ever rise in your defense? Far more likely, they will rise against you.
You behave like a child desperate for attention while someone who truly awaits you at home is left behind. Your foolishness distracts no one from your disgraceful reputation—one built on a hunger for approval. It is a fact that people never speak the same way in our presence as they do in our absence. The smiles they offer you to your face only keep you from realizing that you have become the subject of mockery from every direction.
You ought to be an example, not an embarrassment. And if you believed I would flatter you as others have taught you to expect, then climb down from that cursed pedestal of yours before someone else sends you crashing from it.
I have no purpose here other than your betterment. But if you found my words harsh, then prepare yourself, for they are nothing compared to what awaits when all that remains are the debts of your excesses.

The greatest secret to truly unforgettable sex isn’t technique or duration.
It’s having someone who desires you with hunger. That raw, almost animal lust, where the person can barely hold themselves back.
Everything else like affection, communication, and equality is great, but without that primitive spark, it turns into lukewarm, dull sex.
As Nelson Rodrigues used to say: “Desire is the only truth of the human being.”
Most people settle for crumbs of desire and pretend it’s enough. That’s why you shouldn’t choose someone just because they’re affectionate and feel little lust. Seek out, too, the one who awakens in you passion, chemistry, and that nearly irresistible urge.

There are two kinds of men in life.
1. Men who play not to lose.
They cling to everything.
The mediocre job.
The mediocre relationship.
The mediocre life.
They are afraid of losing what they have because they don’t believe they could build it all again.
2. Men who play to win.
They’ve lost before.
Money.
Women.
Opportunities.
Status.
Life has already tested them, and they survived.
Because of that, they know something the first group doesn’t:
They can always start over.
The question that defines your future is simple:
“If everything disappeared tomorrow, could I earn it all back again?”
If your answer is yes:
You move differently.
You take risks.
You speak your mind.
You walk away when necessary.
You don’t become attached to outcomes because you trust your ability to create new ones.
If your answer is no:
You become defensive.
Fearful.
Anxious.
Drained.
You spend your life protecting what you have instead of building what you truly want.
The highest form of confidence is not believing you’ll never lose.
It’s knowing you’ll be okay even if you do.
Build that man.
Everything else will follow.

Ascolta bene, amico mio!
Some men display friends like medals on their lapels—many of them, yet lifeless. Others surround themselves with a large family: a devoted wife, attentive brothers and cousins, flattering nephews, all ready to celebrate birthdays, but few willing to face the world over an injustice done to their own blood.
Blessed, then, is the one who finds, among so many familiar faces, even a single person willing to rise against an offense committed against him.

Do you know why a dam collapses?
“Negligence,” “lack of maintenance” — that’s what many would say. And they would be right.
But what about when a good person builds a dam against the reservoir of his own hatred?
To save himself? That’s not our greatest concern. We are willing to protect everyone around us from the possible flood of that wrath. We have seen before how it happens. We know it isn’t pretty. We use that very fury as energy. We keep everything in place. It is an advantage. So when something like this happens, you know it was not due to a lack of care — at least not on our part.
Usually, a dam does not break in the middle; it is in the least visible area that everything happens. Pressure deepens, storms raise the volume, and the years gnaw at the structure through erosion. The moment the internal mass exerts its final force against the limit of tolerance, violence spills outward, carrying everything in front of it into collapse.
Does that sound familiar?
We are all born evil. The just man builds barriers to ration his strength out of goodness. Yet the same man who learned when it is fitting to place a leash on his hatred also knows the exact moment to release it, directing hell toward those who were not content with heaven.

Roman mythology tells that one day a miser and an envious man went to the god Jupiter to ask him to grant their wishes…
Jupiter, wanting to teach them a lesson, agreed — on the condition that whatever one of them asked for would be given to the other in double.
The miser, who wished for a room full of gold, received it, but became bitter when he saw that his companion had been given twice as much gold.
Seeing what had happened, the envious man then wished that one of his eyes would be pierced, so that the miser would become blind in both.
📌 Envy is such a sordid poison that a man is willing to inflict suffering upon himself, as long as the other suffers more. Instead of seeking to prosper, he prefers to level the world through ruin, making everyone equal in misery.

2026-03-11 00:49:10 UTC

Never show when you are desperate.
Stay calm even when you are going through difficult moments.
Understand that it is simply your time to suffer—
just like every other man before you.

The most important skill you can develop is the ability to recover quickly.
Bad conversation? Move on.
Bad day? Start again tomorrow.
Missed a workout? Train the next day.
Bad decision? Learn from the mistake and adjust.
You can’t control what happens to you, but you can control how long you allow it to affect you. 💪

Vigilance protects you from manipulation, but total isolation can become its own prison.
The danger isn’t only naïveté—letting everyone in—but also closing the door to everyone.
The real balance is discernment:
know your weaknesses, don’t give trust cheaply, but don’t refuse it entirely either.
Close the gates to the crowd — not to everyone.
True strength is being able to say:
“I am no longer naïve”
without also saying
“No one will ever enter my life again.”

Good attempt. But they will not answer you.
You cannot flatter my tyrants. I sent them to the gallows long ago.
For one who rules himself, it is imperative to know his own weaknesses well, or the unknown will seep into his life through them.
To say “I have no weakness” is the greatest of them all. Do not underestimate it. Do not trust it and lie down beside the beast simply because its eyes appear closed. That which does not manifest on its own only needs a stimulus to serve a master.
Vanity. Ambition. Desire for recognition…
Borders are crossed and languages change, yet human weaknesses remain universal—immortal across the ages.
You will feel as though someone understands you. The incredible impression that this person has known you for years, even though they have only recently entered your life.
Your weaknesses have been with you since the nest; therefore, the one who takes them by the hand will seem strangely familiar.
The cunning one will ask about your family, your work, or your day with no real interest in hearing the answer. But he knows that the language of “I” does not work, so he will speak only about you until it serves his purpose.
The countermeasure is the death of innocence. Stop being overly emotional. Subdue the ego. This may make you harsh, monosyllabic, or impatient. Save your time. Protect your years. There are people who appear during a good moment and take nearly a decade to be expelled—only then allowing you to return to the phase you were in before them.
Do not lose another ten years to learn this lesson. It may cost you the rest of your life.
“They will knock on your door, sit in a chair, and consume your time without adding anything to your life. When many empty people appear and keep appearing, you have to be cruel to them, because they are being cruel to you.” — Charles Bukowski

Ascolta bene!
Amico mio, sit beside me and pay attention. We live in a society with a hurried gaze that judges, classifies, and sentences, as if the absence of visible signs were proof of innocence, weakness, or poverty. Yet it is precisely silence that precedes the explosion, the apparent emptiness that conceals the real danger.
The most common mistake — and also the most fatal — is to underestimate a man. Many have been ruined by trusting gentle faces, dismissing calmness as if it were synonymous with inertia.
Failing to see the risk makes you vulnerable. The accurate shot is not the one you expect, but the one that comes from where you least imagine it, fired by the very person you deemed harmless. And when you realize it, you will already be on the ground, a victim not only of gunpowder, but of your own arrogance.
Therefore, never be deceived by what the eyes can see. Wealth is not measured by appearance, just as danger does not announce itself with noise.
If you have understood this message well and wish to go deeper into a reading that will bring even more wisdom, comment “Salute.”

All the evil that happens in society today is because of men.
I don’t care if you disagree — this is my opinion.
Only men have the power to destroy and build the world.
Women may want to, but they don’t have the gift of creating or destroying the world.
A woman can only destroy the world in the absence of the masculine,
and she can only build it in the presence of the masculine.
Man has the power to change the system because creation is 99% the result of the masculine spirit.
The references are almost endless across every level of human knowledge.
In Christianity, God didn’t ask Eve for an explanation — He asked Adam.
When man collapses, everything else collapses.

This is a very important moment for a boy: he was afraid, nervous, thinking he wasn’t capable of breaking the board with his kick, and so he started to cry.
Maybe his mother wanted to run over, pick him up, comfort him, and take him away from the pressure. But this was a space for men, and men identify a weakness and do everything they can to help overcome it. Men encouraging men. Shouting their names in the middle of the challenge.
Notice how the boy falls, and his friend grabs him by the collar of his gi and lifts him back up, keeping him in front of the challenge, while the instructor keeps giving commands on how to do it. The symbolism here is incredible.
The highest expression of masculine care is encouraging someone to swallow their tears, because there’s work to be done, and it’s not the time to stop.
