Sorry i ment do you use it for training intervals or all the time. Maybe you take it for other effects? I never likes that it fills your muscles with water. And i already eat much meat.

How do you use it?

True, i understand. But here are alternatives to reach clients via Session or Nostr. Could start as an alternative communication channel at first to get some practical feedback in.

Concierge Shopinbit data stolen
> Shopinbit sends mails to customers about its data leak. It turns out: Shopinbit did NOT store the invoices offline, as they promised, but uploads them since October 2025 to the Polish e-invoicing system. This platform was hacked and customer data and invoices were copied and stolen. It was one of the biggest hacks in Poland.

"We all know, but still pay insufficient attention to, the frightening scenario of a comprehensive cyber attack, which would bring a complete halt to the power supply, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole. The COVID-19 crisis would be seen in this respect as a small disturbance in comparison to a major cyber attack." – Klaus Schwab

I would be careful with the "no one can trace you" part. Depends on setup. Normal is direct IP connection to the relays, images etc.

"On Friday Oct 2, 09:35am, 333 infected exit nodes started a coordinated campaign to intercept SSH connections and gather as much unencrypted data as possible.
To give you a sense of scale, all of Tor has around 3000 exit relays, so roughly 10% were under their control."
